Bhante U Cittara
Bhante U Cittara obtained his BA (Buddhism) from State Priyatti University in 1996 as well as MA (Buddhism) from the Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka. He gave lectures to novices and monks for three years at Moe Gung Monastery in Mandalay. In May 2003, he left Burma for Singapore and today, he is the resident monk of Mangala Vihara Buddhist Temple in Singapore. He has taught meditation courses in Mangala Vihara , as well as NUSBS and NTUBS.

Bhante Dhammaratana
The founder and advisor of the Buddhist Library, Bhante Dhammaratana is also the advisor to Sagaramudra Buddhist Society and Singapore Buddhist Mission. He came to Singapore in 1971 and has been doing Buddhist work here since then. He has also taught Buddhism at St. Patrick's School for 12 years. He conducts Buddhist meditation courses, Dharma talks and courses at BL and other Buddhist organizations.

Venerable Shi Chun Hui
Venerable Chun Hui was born in Singapore in 1971. She graduated with a BA degree in Arts and Social Science in NUS in 1993. Thereafter she worked as a school teacher for 3 years before she took up the robes as a Buddhist nun in 1997, under the tutelage of Ven Sek Te Yuan.After her higher ordination in Taiwan, she went to Sri Lanka in 1998 and 1999 to further her studies in Buddhism.Venerable is now a resident nun at Pao Kwan Foh Tang. She is also the spiritual advisor of NUS Buddhist Society and Singapore Polytechnic Society.

Venerable Gyurme
Venerable Gyurme graduated with a B.A from the National University of Singapore. He then took ordination from His Holiness the Dalai Lama in 1999 and went on to do an intensive two-year Tibetan translators course in Dharamsala. He now teaches Lam Rim classes and is the centre translator.
